üîπ Must-Have Skills:
• 6+ years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience
• Strong experience with AI/ML stack on GCP or Azure
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Scikit-learn
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning
• Experience with LLM frameworks and Vector Databases
• Strong knowledge of cloud services and cloud-native architecture
• Experience deploying AI services using containers, APIs, and production deployment patterns
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to training, inference, and monitoring
üîπ Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure AI/ML solutions
• Integrate LLM APIs and build RAG-based solutions
• Develop prompt engineering and model fine-tuning solutions
• Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines covering data ingestion, training, inference, and monitoring
• Convert data science prototypes and notebooks into production-grade AI services
• Deploy batch, near-real-time, and API-based AI solutions
• Implement model traceability, auditability, testing, and evaluation
• Monitor and continuously optimize deployed AI systems
• Automate AI/ML training, deployment, testing, and monitoring processes
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and identify practical enterprise applications
• Use approved AI tools and assistants for code generation, model development, pipeline automation, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise AI governance, security, risk, and compliance standards
