Role Description The Architectural BIM Technical Office Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City. The role involves developing and updating BIM models for architectural projects, coordinating design information, and ensuring alignment with engineering and construction requirements. Daily tasks include preparing detailed drawings and shop drawings, reviewing and coordinating design documents, and assisting in resolving technical issues with project teams. The engineer will support quantity take-offs, documentation for approvals, and compliance with relevant standards and project specifications. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and site teams is essential to maintain accurate models, schedules, and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
