We’re Hiring: Accountant – Odoo & Project Finance | Dubai
CD+M Lighting Design Group is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Dubai office.
We are specifically looking for someone with:
✔ Strong hands-on Odoo Accounting experience – essential
✔ Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience
✔ Previous experience within an architectural, engineering, interior design, lighting design, or sub-consultancy/design consultancy firm – required
✔ Strong understanding of project-based accounting, project invoicing, WIP/unbilled fees, variations and collections
✔ Accounts receivable & payable
✔ Monthly closing and management reporting
✔ UAE VAT & Corporate Tax knowledge
✔ Payroll accounting & WPS
✔ Multi-company and multi-currency accounting
✔ Strong reconciliation and financial-control skills
This is not simply a bookkeeping role. We are looking for someone who understands the financial structure of a project-based design consultancy and can confidently manage Odoo as the company’s financial source of truth. The existing JD specifically places significant emphasis on project-level financial control, including contract values, variations, invoicing, collections and unbilled work.
