About The JobAs Account Executive – North America, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with car rental operators and mobility providers.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, work closely with marketing and leadership, and build a predictable pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesWhat Your Day Will Look Like
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand rental business workflows and challenges
- Present and sell our SaaS car rental platform, clearly articulating ROI, efficiency gains, and revenue impact
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact through contract execution
- Seamlessly transition new customers to onboarding and customer success teams
- Support early-stage customers through activation and first value realization
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs (outreach, demos, pipeline, revenue)
- Act as a product expert and trusted advisor to car rental operators
- Gather customer feedback from the field to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- * Strong new business “hunter” sales mentality is essential
- Ideally 3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling operational or vertical software
- Experience selling into car rental, fleet management, mobility, automotive, or transportation industries is a strong plus
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection
- Confident running discovery calls and solution-based sales conversations
- Experience managing a full sales cycle with uncapped commission structures
- Startup experience or comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
- Passion for technology and modernizing legacy processes
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
