About the RoleLady Egypt Tours is seeking a highly experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee flight reservations, airline ticketing operations, and ticketing team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- * Supervise domestic and international airline reservations and ticket issuance.
- Manage ticketing operations, reissues, refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes.
- Ensure compliance with airline regulations, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.
- Maintain relationships with airlines and travel industry partners.
- Handle complex ticketing cases and urgent travel disruptions.
- Monitor ticketing accuracy, operational efficiency, and service quality.
- Train and support ticketing staff.
- Coordinate with tour operations and reservations teams.
Requirements
- * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in airline ticketing.
- Advanced knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong understanding of international and domestic airfares.
- Experience managing ticketing operations and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
