Hiring: Fit-Out & Renovation Site Coordinator – Lebanon
We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and well-organized Fit-Out & Renovation Site Coordinator to oversee the renovation of a showroom project in Lebanon.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all works are completed according to the required quality standards and agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- * Oversee and supervise daily renovation and fit-out activities on-site.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Follow up on material orders, deliveries, and procurement requirements.
- Ensure materials and works meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all activities remain on schedule.
- Coordinate between different trades to avoid delays and site conflicts.
- Identify and resolve site issues and communicate challenges promptly.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports.
- Ensure the project is delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Follow up on snagging, finishing works, and final handover.
Requirements
- * Previous experience in fit-out, renovation, interior design, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision and finishing works.
- Experience dealing with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and follow up on multiple activities simultaneously.
- Highly organized, responsible, and hands-on.
- Based in Lebanon or able to work on-site in Lebanon.
