Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our food manufacturing facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow and efficient coordination between all production-related departments, from raw material reception and warehouse management to preparation, processing, filling, packaging, and labelling.
The role requires a hands-on professional with previous experience in a similar position within the food manufacturing industry, capable of managing people, optimizing production processes, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently and according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar production management role is mandatory.* * Proven experience in a food manufacturing or food processing facility. * Strong understanding of the different stages of food production, from raw material handling and preparation to filling, packaging, and labelling. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple departments and ensure seamless workflow between them. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage priorities, meet production deadlines, and work under pressure. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Familiarity with production planning, inventory coordination, quality standards, and food safety procedures.
Key Competencies
Important: Candidates must have previous hands-on experience supervising and coordinating an integrated production operation in the food manufacturing industry. Experience limited to supervising only one production line or one isolated production stage will not be sufficient.
