DescriptionCIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Presales Consultant (Cybersecurity & Networking) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- * Technical Presales & Solution Design
- Assist in analyzing customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and technical specifications.
- Support the design and configuration of cybersecurity and networking solutions.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), technical proposals, and compliance matrices.
- Assist in solution sizing, licensing, and hardware selection.
- Work with senior technical resources and partners to validate proposed solutions.
- Identify technical gaps and request clarifications when necessary.
- Customer Engagement & Technical Support
- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions alongside the Business Development Manager.
- Assist in preparing technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Understand customer needs and help translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
- Support responses to customer technical questions and clarifications.
- Develop the ability to present and explain proposed solutions to customers.
- Cybersecurity & Networking
- Support projects involving firewalls, network security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, data protection, and security monitoring.
- Assist with networking solutions covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, and network infrastructure.
- Develop knowledge of technologies such as Zero Trust, SASE, SD-WAN, and cloud security.
- Help assess existing customer infrastructure and identify potential improvements.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and cybersecurity best practices.
- Tender Management & Commercial Support
- Review tender documents and help prepare technical responses.
- Assist in developing compliance statements and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and technical partners to obtain technical information, configurations, and quotations.
- Support the Business Development Manager in preparing competitive proposals.
- Follow up on technical clarifications and pending proposal requirements.
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate and submitted within agreed deadlines.
- Internal Coordination & Project Support
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, engineering, and project delivery teams.
- Assist with technical handovers following project awards.
- Maintain organized technical documentation and proposal records.
- Track assigned technical tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support multiple opportunities across different customers and countries
Qualifications & Experience
- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical presales, cybersecurity, networking, IT infrastructure, or a related technical role.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of cybersecurity technologies and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, and enterprise networking.
- Basic understanding of solution architecture, technical documentation, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with technical proposals, BoQs, or RFP responses is an advantage.
- Relevant technical certifications in networking or cybersecurity are a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and relevant internship experience may also be considered.
