Role Description The Tendering Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada. This role is responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial offers, including detailed quotations and cost breakdowns for air compressor projects and related services. Typical tasks include reviewing tender documents, analyzing technical specifications, coordinating with procurement to obtain supplier offers, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The Tendering Engineer will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to clarify scopes, optimize solutions, and meet submission deadlines. The role also involves maintaining tender documentation, updating pricing databases, and supporting negotiations by providing accurate technical and financial information.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical education.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with ERP or tender management tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hurghada, manage multiple tenders simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in tendering, sales engineering, or project estimation in industrial or marine sectors is an advantage.
