santra (سنطره) is the UAE's marketplace for gifting, occasions and handmade products. We help homegrown brands — bakeries, chocolatiers, florists, gourmet kitchens and makers — reach new customers across the Emirates.
We're adding more brands to the app, and we need a remote sales hunter in Egypt to bring them on board by phone and WhatsApp.
What you'll do
• Make 60–80 outbound calls a day to UAE brands and makers, plus WhatsApp and Instagram outreach
• Pitch santra: new customers, more orders and a ready-made online channel in the UAE
• Handle objections on commission, payouts, delivery and exclusivity, and close on the call
• Collect contracts and trade licence / KYC documents remotely, and get each brand live on the app
• Own every brand from first call to live listing to first order
• Hand brands over smoothly to our Account Management team
• Keep the CRM 100% up to date, join the daily morning huddle and send an end-of-day report
What we're looking for
• 2+ years of sales experience preferably in the F&B industry (restaurants, bakeries, cafés, cloud kitchens or food suppliers), in Egypt or the GCC
• Experience with food aggregators or delivery apps, especially onboarding restaurants or merchants, is a strong advantage
• Experience selling POS or payment solutions to F&B businesses is also a plus
• A natural closer, comfortable on the phone 5–6 hours a day and working to targets
• Native Arabic (UAE/Gulf) accents; good conversational English
• Experience selling to GCC clients or working with UAE businesses is a strong plus
• Organized and disciplined: every lead followed up, every call logged
• Reliable home internet, a laptop and a quiet workspace; available during UAE working hours
