üîπ Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager / Program Manager to lead complex banking technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Core Banking Migration, particularly TCS BaNCS @ NCS to Temenos migration, along with prior experience working with UAE/GCC banks.
üéØ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technology projects/programs from planning through successful delivery.
- Lead Core Banking Migration initiatives, including TCS BaNCS @ NCS ‚Üí Temenos migration.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and change requests.
- Work closely with business, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, project governance, quality, and delivery standards.
- Prepare and present project/program status reports to senior management.
- Provide technical guidance across banking technology initiatives.
üõ†Ô∏è Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in Banking Technology Project/Program Management.
- 4–6 years of experience with UAE/GCC Banks.
- Strong experience in Core Banking Migration.
- Experience with TCS BaNCS and/or Temenos; TCS BaNCS @ NCS to Temenos migration experience is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Wallets, Debit Cards, or Open Banking/Open Finance.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, MS Project, JIRA, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
