Role description
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring from start to finish. You'll work with our managers to understand what each team needs, find and reach out to good candidates, screen and interview them, and guide each person from the first call to their first day at work. You'll also help us build a steady pool of talent for future roles.
- What you'll doUnderstand each team's hiring needs and write clear job requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, WhatsApp, and referrals
- Screen CVs and run phone and in-person interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers
- Keep the hiring pipeline organized and moving
- Build talent pools for medical reps, field, and office roles
- Give every candidate a professional, respectful experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (pharma or field-sales hiring is a plus)
- Good spoken and written Arabic and English
- Comfortable interviewing and talking to people
- Organized, fast, and reliable
- Based in Cairo or able to work from Sheraton, Cairo
