Atheel Customer Experience is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our IT team in Maadi, Cairo.

üìç Location: Maadi, Cairo | On-site
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
üìå Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, Domain Controllers, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Monitor server health, performance, and network bandwidth using tools such as Zabbix.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Cloud Infrastructure — Huawei Cloud is preferred; AWS/Azure experience is also accepted.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Manage backup solutions and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.
• Handle OS updates, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and Antivirus/EDR platforms.
• Administer virtualized environments using VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate network topologies, configurations, SOPs, and technical documentation.

üéØ Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in System Administration, particularly Windows and Networking environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Domain Controllers.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure — Huawei Cloud preferred, or AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Subnetting, and Firewall Policies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
