* Job Purpose:Support the execution of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management framework, with a focus on risk analytics, business risk assessment, risk quantification, monitoring and reporting, while supervising assigned Risk Management professionals.

Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk profiles, KRIs, risk registers and mitigation plans.

Analyze financial, operational and commercial data to identify and quantify key risk exposures.

Develop risk dashboards, analytical models and management reports using advanced Excel and data analytics tools.

Monitor risk appetite indicators, identify significant trends or breaches, and escalate material exposures.

Assess business risks relating to profitability, margins, working capital, inventory, receivables, procurement, trading spend and commercial activities.

Conduct targeted risk reviews and provide practical, risk-based recommendations to management.

Work closely with business functions to identify, assess and mitigate material risks while providing constructive challenge.

Coordinate with Internal Control, Internal Audit, Finance and other functions on cross-functional risk matters.

Supervise, review and coach assigned Risk Management professionals and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Support the Head of Risk Management in ERM initiatives, risk projects and continuous improvement of risk analytics and reporting.
Skills
Requirements

7-10 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Risk Consulting, Internal Audit, Assurance, Internal Control, Business or Financial Analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering or related discipline.

Strong knowledge of ERM, risk assessment, risk quantification and risk reporting.

Advanced MS Excel and data analytics skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.

SAP / SAP GRC experience is an advantage.

Strong financial and commercial acumen with practical experience in FMCG, manufacturing, trading, distribution or similar businesses.

Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and reporting skills.

Proven ability to supervise, coach and manage a team of risk professionals.

Professional risk/audit certification such as CIA, ACCA, CRMA or equivalent is an advantage.
