Are you an experienced Business Solutions Specialist with a strong background in business analysis, enterprise applications, and ERP/SAP processes?
We are looking for a Sr. Business Solutions Specialist – Applications & ERP/SAP to translate business needs into effective IT solutions, ensuring alignment between business processes and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Evaluate solution options and support vendor assessments and enterprise application selection.
- Coordinate solution design, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities with business and IT teams.
- Manage enhancement backlogs and prioritize application improvements based on business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of business processes and enterprise applications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, business solutions, or enterprise applications.
- Certifications: CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred; ITIL Foundation required.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and BPMN.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and enterprise application processes.
- Proven experience managing UAT activities and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
