Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for Spanish Bilingual Speakers. In this role, you will communicate with U.S.-based clients, understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and support the sales process from initial communication through closing. You will also build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the account.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients in Spanish and English
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Identify and develop sales opportunities
• Negotiate with clients and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process
• Work toward individual and team performance targets
Qualifications
• Fluent Spanish
• Good command of English – B1+
• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional communication style
• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Graduates, dropouts, and gap-year candidates are welcome
