Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, SOC, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SIEM/SOC platforms such as FortiSIEM, Splunk, QRadar, USM Anywhere (AlienVault), or similar.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
The Candidate Should Be Able to Demonstrate
- Basic understanding of network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Basic understanding of common cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
- Ability to analyze security alerts and identify suspicious activity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash is a plus.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or similar are a plus.
