- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and method statements before and during execution.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays, issues, or deviations to the project management team.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify completed works.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available according to the project schedule.
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Support the resolution of technical and construction-related issues on site.
- Ensure that site activities are completed within the required time, cost, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- 3–5 years of experience in site engineering or construction projects.
- Experience in infrastructure, transportation, or railway projects is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Willingness to work on project sites and travel when required.
