- Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of injection molding machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in injection molding machines.
- Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period.
- Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of injection molding machines and accessories.
- Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
- Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
- Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in injection molding machine installation or service.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willing to take global business trips.
