Senior UI/UX Designer
5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, with complex digital products
Key Responsibilities:
‚úì Own the end-to-end design process, from requirements to final implementation
‚úì Turn complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
‚úì Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
‚úì Design modern, consistent interfaces for web and mobile
‚úì Build and maintain the company's Design System
‚úì Simplify complex workflows, forms, dashboards, and data-heavy screens
✓ Design all UI states (loading, empty, error, validation, permissions…)
‚úì Work closely with Product, Business, and Development teams
‚úì Prepare clear handoff specs and run Design QA
‚úì Mentor other designers and improve the design process
Requirements:
‚úì Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and problem-solving, not just visuals
‚úì Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Variants, Variables, Libraries, Prototyping)
‚úì Strong understanding of UX principles, IA, interaction, and responsive design
‚úì Experience designing dashboards, tables, filters, and data-heavy interfaces
‚úì Good understanding of web and mobile technical constraints
‚úì Ability to explain and defend design decisions clearly
⭐ Nice to have:
SaaS / ERP / CRM experience • Multi-role & permission-based systems • Arabic/English RTL-LTR design • UX research & usability testing • Accessibility (WCAG) • Agile/Scrum
