Role Description The Senior Property Consultant at Remas Developments is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. This role involves managing the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, from initial client engagement through closing and after-sales follow-up. The Senior Property Consultant will conduct property viewings, prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately in line with company policies and local regulations. The role includes building and maintaining a strong client network, staying updated on market trends, inventory, and pricing, and collaborating closely with marketing and finance teams to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. The Senior Property Consultant is also responsible for maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, providing regular sales reports, and mentoring junior team members as needed.

- Solid knowledge of the real estate market, property valuation principles, and relevant legal and regulatory considerations.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email platforms).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
