Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The role involves advising prospective buyers and investors on suitable properties within Wajha Developments’ portfolio, conducting property tours, and presenting project features and financial benefits. The consultant manages the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing market insights, preparing proposals, and ensuring an excellent customer experience before and after the sale. The Senior Property Consultant collaborates with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve revenue targets and support launch events, open houses, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications
- * Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with experience advising clients on property selection and investment options.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Relevant experience in residential or mixed-use developments, ideally in the New Cairo or greater Cairo market.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as required by client appointments and project events.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software to manage leads, pipelines, and reports.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial and technical aspects of properties clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial.
