Manage and monitor all commercial activities related to MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.

Review contracts, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and other project documents to identify commercial requirements and risks.

Prepare and review Variations, Claims, and Change Orders related to MEP works.

Prepare and evaluate Interim Payment Applications and ensure accurate measurement and valuation of completed works.

Review subcontractor and supplier commercial submissions, including invoices, payment applications, and variations.

Monitor project costs, commitments, and budget against the approved commercial plan.

Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Technical Office, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure proper commercial control.

Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis for management.

Support contract negotiations and maintain proper documentation of commercial correspondence.

Identify potential commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and project procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial/contracts roles within construction or MEP projects.

Strong experience in MEP contracting and commercial management.

Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction contract principles.

Strong knowledge of BOQs, variations, claims, interim payments, and cost control.

Excellent skills in Excel and other commercial/project management tools.

Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
