üîπKey Responsibilities:
Provide efficient, effective post-go-live support for applications including SAP, Courier, ODOO, and other business applications, meeting agreed SLA requirements.
Analyze business requirements and implement appropriate system solutions to address functional needs.
Support business process engineering, enhancement, and implementation.
Ensure implemented solutions meet functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
Support ERP implementation and development activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams.
Follow standard processes and best practices, and maintain required SAP documentation.
Research and recommend software solutions to support business and development needs.
üîπRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science
3+ years of solid experience in ERP implementation and development.
Experience with SAP and business applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
English language fluency.
