We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly trusted Senior Advisor to provide senior-level advice, analysis, and guidance on complex business, organizational, and strategic matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and key stakeholders to assess challenges, identify opportunities, develop strategic recommendations, and support informed decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate should bring strong professional expertise, sound judgment, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic advice and expert guidance to senior management on complex business and organizational matters.
• Analyze business objectives, market conditions, operational challenges, risks, and emerging opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations, options, action plans, and decision frameworks for senior leadership.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, market analysis, industry assessments, and other forms of strategic analysis.
• Prepare executive-level reports, briefing papers, presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Support senior executives in evaluating major business decisions, strategic initiatives, investments, partnerships, and organizational priorities.
• Provide objective analysis and challenge assumptions where appropriate to strengthen decision-making.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, opportunities, and implications associated with strategic initiatives.
• Monitor industry, economic, regulatory, technological, and market developments relevant to the organization.
• Translate complex external developments into practical business implications and recommendations.
• Support the development and review of corporate strategies, business plans, transformation programs, and organizational initiatives.
• Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic recommendations are effectively translated into action.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, stakeholder discussions, and high-level meetings.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, partners, advisors, regulators, and industry representatives.
• Represent the organization or senior leadership at selected meetings, forums, conferences, and strategic engagements when required.
• Provide guidance on organizational performance, operational improvement, governance, risk management, and strategic priorities.
• Review key performance indicators, management reports, financial information, and other relevant data to identify trends and areas requiring attention.
• Support special projects, strategic reviews, transformation initiatives, and high-priority assignments led by senior management.
• Coordinate with external consultants, professional advisors, research institutions, and subject-matter experts when required.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate, strategic, financial, and executive information.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior advisors, analysts, or professional team members where appropriate.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, resilience, competitiveness, and long-term value creation.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Advisor, Strategic Advisor, Business Advisor, Management Consultant, Strategy Consultant, or in a comparable senior advisory role.
• Significant experience providing strategic advice to senior executives, management teams, Boards, or high-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of business strategy, organizational performance, market dynamics, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong ability to assess complex situations and develop clear, practical, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers through sound analysis, credibility, and professional judgment.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance, business performance, and organizational development.
• Excellent ability to synthesize large amounts of information and communicate key insights concisely.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities.
• High level of integrity, discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, complex, and fast-changing environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, research platforms, business intelligence tools, or other relevant analytical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Law, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
• Master’s degree, MBA, professional qualification, or relevant industry certification is an advantage.
• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment, government affairs, professional services, or executive advisory environments is highly desirable.
