Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Security Guards Manager to oversee and manage all security operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure the safety and protection of company facilities, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi national with 8–10 years of relevant experience in security management, team leadership, and operational supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily security operations across company facilities.
- Lead, train, and evaluate security guards and supervisors to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement security procedures, policies, and emergency response plans.
- Monitor security systems, access control, surveillance cameras, and visitor management procedures.
- Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and security requirements.
- Prepare security reports, incident records, and operational performance reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Manage security staffing schedules, attendance, shift rotations, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential security risks and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure professional conduct, discipline, and adherence to safety standards among all security personnel.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in security operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing security teams and large-scale security operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures, risk management, emergency response, and access control systems.
- Familiarity with applicable Saudi security regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security reporting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle emergency situations effectively.
