Job Summary
The Sales Support Associate provides administrative and commercial support to the sales team for industrial central air conditioning products. The role is responsible for preparing price quotations, managing email correspondence, ensuring prompt execution of sales-related tasks, and maintaining accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Quotation & Commercial Support
• Prepare accurate price quotations for industrial central air conditioning products in coordination with the sales team.
• Review quotation requirements and ensure pricing, specifications, and terms are correctly reflected.
• Follow up on quotation status and maintain records of submitted offer.
Communication &Correspondence
• Manage incoming and outgoingemails and correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Ensure timely responsiveness to internal and external inquiries.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information required for quotations and customer requests.
Administrative & Data Support
• Execute computer-based tasks and data entry with accuracy and speed on ERP system (Oracle).
• Maintain and update sales records, databases, and documentation.
• Support the sales team with routine administrative tasks as required.
Systems & Tools
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with high proficiency.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, commerce, Marketing or any related field.
• 1-2 Years of Experience industrial and air conditioning sector.
Skills:
• Good in English, writing,reading and speaking.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, attention to details and strong organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with quotation preparation and commercial documentation.
• Experience in ERP ,Sap , oracle.
Working Arrangement
Location: Egypt.
Time Zone: Must overlap with Saudi business hours.
Communication: Daily coordination with Saudi-based teams.
