Company Overview:

A Kuwaiti company specializing in the design and assembly of children's play equipment and sports devices, offering advanced and tailored solutions for indoor and outdoor spaces.

The company is looking to appoint a Sales Manager with excellent communication skills and experience in sales management to contribute to product development and achieve the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily sales operations and respond to customer inquiries.
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and phone calls.
Present products to clients and explain specifications and available options.
Prepare pricing proposals and follow up with clients until the sales process is completed.
Coordinate with the design and assembly team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery as per agreed schedules.
Develop sales strategies to achieve desired objectives.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and activities.
Work Location: Kuwait – Al Shuwaikh.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Working Hours: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Salary: 400 – 600 Kuwaiti Dinars monthly, based on experience and qualifications.

Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Proficient in Arabic language, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication skills with clients via WhatsApp.
Able to manage clients and persuade them to complete sales transactions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
A degree in any engineering field is preferred.
