Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Cairo. The Sales Employee is responsible for identifying and contacting prospective healthcare customers, presenting medical equipment and healthcare solutions, and promoting relevant product offerings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, and providing clear and accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability. The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The Sales Employee will maintain records in the company’s systems, meet assigned sales targets, and support marketing activities such as events or campaigns related to medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or healthcare-related environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build long-term relationships with medical professionals and purchasing teams.
- Basic understanding of medical equipment or healthcare products, and willingness to learn technical details to advise customers accurately.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems to update records and generate reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
