Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Medyva S.A.L. is a full-time, on-site position based in Beirut. The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting solutions that match their business and clinical needs, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role also involves building strong relationships with existing customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant is expected to stay informed about market trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including experience managing client relationships and resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate agreements, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
- Knowledge of or interest in the healthcare or medical products sector is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional attitude, integrity, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting in Beirut.
