About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Engineer with strong experience in the Real Estate & Construction sector to generate new business opportunities for EPC, Electromechanical Contracting, and O&M services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Build relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and procurement teams.
- Track upcoming, launched, and under-construction projects.
- Generate leads, RFQs, tenders, and new client accounts.
- Present the company’s EPC, Electromechanical & O&M capabilities.
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams on proposals and tenders.
- Negotiate and follow up until project award.
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in MEP/Electromechanical contracting, EPC, or construction sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.
- Existing network with developers, consultants, contractors, or procurement teams is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Very good English and Arabic.
