Role Description This is a full-time Sales Business Development role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings. Daily responsibilities include performing market research, developing relationships with partners and customers, presenting ScribeMe’s solutions, and negotiating agreements in alignment with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. The person in this role is expected to contribute to sales forecasts, prepare regular activity reports, and represent ScribeMe at relevant events or online forums.

- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and understand customer segments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, support users, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate sales performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management in technology or SaaS environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital accessibility, assistive technologies, or working with blind and visually impaired communities is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is a must.
