Role Description The Retail Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Manşūrah. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of luxury accessories and jewelry. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features, answering questions, processing sales transactions, handling returns or exchanges, and maintaining an attractive, well-organized sales floor. The Retail Salesperson also supports inventory checks, restocking, and visual merchandising, while consistently delivering courteous and professional customer service. Collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence is an important part of the role.
Qualifications
* Strong retail sales and sales skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and close transactions effectively.
* Solid product knowledge skills, especially in luxury accessories and jewelry, and willingness to learn about new collections.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly, professional approach to engaging with diverse customers.
* Ability to work on-site full time in Al Manşūrah, including weekends or peak holiday periods as needed.
* Basic math skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling cash or electronic payments accurately.
* Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity in managing valuable merchandise and maintaining store presentation standards.
* Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewelry sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
