In this high-energy role, you will manage full-cycle sourcing and screening across all segments of our business—ranging from skilled craft labor to administrative roles and management positions.
Reporting directly to the VP of People & Culture, you will focus strictly on driving candidate pipelines, building strategic sourcing plans, and executing an elite candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
1) Sourcing, Strategy, & Pipeline Management
- Full-Spectrum Recruiting: Source qualified talent for a diverse portfolio of open requisitions across all corporate business and service units, from craft/field personnel to executive managers.
- Proactive Sourcing Plans: Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media networks, passive candidate outreach, and specialized trade networks.
- Academic & Community Outreach: Research, select, and attend strategic career fairs and networking events to build long-term local and regional talent pipelines.
- Referral Champion: Manage the internal employee referral program to ensure all referred candidates receive a prioritized, timely phone screening.
2) Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
- The 24-Hour Metric: Maintain our gold standard of candidate care by responding to every single applicant within 24 hours of receiving their application.
- Seamless Coordination: Conduct initial phone screenings to vet alignment and coordinate subsequent interviews between high-promise candidates and business/service unit hiring managers.
- Process Velocity: Follow up tenaciously with both candidates and hiring managers to eliminate bottlenecks and move applicants through the hiring funnel efficiently.
- Brand Ambassador: Strive daily to provide a seamless, energetic, and engaging experience for both applicants and internal hiring managers alike.
3) ATS Integrity & Administration
- Real-Time Data Ownership: Keep an accurate, real-time list of all active open positions across the company.
- ATS Maintenance: Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn perfectly reflect current openings, and that candidates are dispositioned correctly and in a timely manner.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of all candidate touchpoints and recruitment metrics.
4) People Services Support
- Benefits & Open Enrollment: Support the broader People Services team by traveling to, attending, and actively participating in annual corporate Open Enrollment meetings in the late fall.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Recruiting Experience: Demonstrated success in a full-cycle recruiting role, ideally with experience sourcing both corporate/management positions and skilled craft/field personnel.
- Drive & Autonomy: An outgoing, driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply motivated to fill critical talent gaps.
- Impeccable Organization: Elite organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple distinct open positions and high volumes of candidate communication without dropping details.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable pitching our company story to cold, passive talent and managing internal stakeholder expectations.
- ATS & Tech Literacy: Experience navigating and maintaining compliance within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools.
- Bilingual Fluency (Huge Plus): Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred! This allows you to adeptly communicate with diverse candidate pools, expand our talent outreach, and conduct interviews in both languages.
