Job Title: Property Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle property viewings and presentations
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
• Assist clients throughout the purchase or rental process
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
• Stay updated with market trends and property regulations
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a Property Consultant (developer side or brokerage)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Good understanding of the Egyptian real estate market and property trends
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable property options
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to manage after-sales client relationships and follow-ups to ensure a smooth ownership experience and client satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
