Role Description
- Set the enterprise QMS, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy, policies, and operating model across all functions.
- Establish the process-excellence and continuous-improvement framework (Lean, Six Sigma) that specialists apply across the organization.
- Own the ISO certification portfolio (e.g., ISO 9001:2015), holding accountability for accreditation, surveillance, and renewal.
- Govern the internal and external audit program, approving scope, schedule, and corrective-action closure across the business.
- Define enterprise risk-management strategy and risk-appetite thresholds, ensuring mitigation across operational and regulatory domains.
- Serve as the primary QMS advisor to the Executive Chairman and represent quality and compliance in executive and client governance.
- Establish QMS KPIs, compliance dashboards, and executive reporting standards to drive data-informed decisions.
- Ensure alignment of GRC efforts with strategic objectives and evolving regulatory and industry requirements enterprise-wide.
- Lead, coach, and develop the QMS specialists and team to build a high-performing quality and compliance organization.
- Provide expert support and advice on GRC-related issues to all staff and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Oversee organizational compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and HIPAA requirements by establishing governance controls, monitoring adherence, and coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, including developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS documentation and processes.
- Proficiency in internal auditing, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001 or similar), and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills, with the ability to interpret data and quality metrics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide clear guidance on quality practices.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead quality role within a technology, services, or related industry environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Qesm El Maadi and engaging directly with teams in operational and office settings.
