We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be based in Dubai, supporting projects within the Digital Assets space. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable managing projects end-to-end function.
Professionals based across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, the wider Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are effectively managed
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project milestones and deliverables
- Identify project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents and status reports
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and project reviews
- Perform hands-on Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation and coordination with business and technology stakeholders
- Support project budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- 6–8 years of project management or related experience
- Experience delivering projects in a fintech or crypto environment is essential
- Direct experience in digital assets, such as tokenisation or custody is an advantage
- Able to manage projects end-to-end, including plans, budgets, risks, stakeholder updates and delivery
- Comfortable gathering requirements, analysing processes and working closely with business and technology teams
- PMP, PRINCE2 or another relevant project management certification
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
