Program Planning & Governance
• Own the EPTTS master plan — scope, schedule, budget, and dependencies across SAP delivery, infrastructure, and operations workstreams.
• Establish and run Program governance: steering committees, milestone reviews, and executive/regulator reporting cadences.
• Maintain the Program risk and issue register, driving mitigation and escalation before issues threaten milestones.
Vendor & Delivery Partner Management
• Coordinate SAP and implementation partners against SOW commitments, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead contract and change-order governance across partners, including scope, pricing, and delivery risk.
• Manage the delivery-partner model and vendor performance in line with the Program's partner strategy.
Regulatory & Stakeholder Alignment
• Serve as a primary Program-level point of contact with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) on scope, policy, and timeline matters.
• Align Program milestones with EDA regulatory deadlines and market communications.
• Brief DAF and EDA leadership on Program status, risks, and decisions requiring executive sign-off.
Cross-Workstream Coordination
• Ensure infrastructure (network, hosting, data center), SAP licensing/delivery, and operations readiness workstreams are sequenced and integrated into one Program timeline.
• Partner closely with the Operations Manager to align the Program plan with operational build-out and ramp-up milestones.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, and hypercare planning across all workstreams.
Budget & Commercial Oversight
• Track Program budget against SAP Order Forms, partner contracts, and infrastructure spend.
- Flag commercial risks (e.g. uncapped T&M arrangements, licensing gaps) and work with leadership to resolve them.
