Product Manager - BurjX
Location: UAE
We are an ADGM-regulated digital asset trading platform and custodian, built to make digital assets simple and accessible for everyday users while delivering the infrastructure, security and functionality expected by sophisticated traders and institutions.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who is fundamentally a builder. Someone who gets excited about building things every day, solving hard problems, figuring out what needs to happen next and bringing different parts of the company together to make it happen.
Product sits at the center of BurjX. One day, you might work with Engineering and Design on a new trading feature. The next, you could be working with Compliance and Operations to assess a new license, develop an operating model and help present it to regulators.
You’ll need to understand the entire business and be ready to contribute wherever the company needs you.
What you’ll own
- Products from idea to launch. Drive requirements, design, development, testing and iteration, following through across teams to remove blockers and deliver.
- Roadmap and prioritization. Decide what to build next based on customer needs, commercial opportunity, competitive positioning, regulatory feasibility and development effort.
- Execution across the company. Connect Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales and leadership, keeping ownership and dependencies clear.
- Company-wide Jira implementation. Establish workflows, boards and reporting for tasks and projects across departments. Train teams and drive adoption to improve visibility, accountability and execution.
- New regulated products and business lines. Work with Compliance, Operations and Technology to assess requirements, evaluate feasibility and turn opportunities into executable plans.
- Regulatory support. Document product flows, operating models, system capabilities and customer journeys for applications and discussions with regulators.
- Customer experience and competitive analysis. Study leading platforms and work with Design and Engineering to make BurjX professional, intuitive and exceptionally easy for retail customers to use.
Who we’re looking for

- You’re a doer who takes initiative, follows through and gets excited about shipping.
- You thrive in an early-stage company, move comfortably between strategy and execution, and turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans.
- You have experience implementing or managing Jira, designing workflows and driving adoption across teams.
- You’re commercially minded and connect product decisions to adoption, revenue and customer loyalty.
- You care deeply about UI and UX, and use competitor research, customer behavior and data to inform your recommendations.
- You communicate clearly with technical teams, compliance professionals, executives and external stakeholders.
- You challenge assumptions, bring urgency and accountability, and roll up your sleeves wherever needed.
Experience in fintech, digital assets, payments, brokerage, banking or another regulated technology business is highly valuable. Experience working with regulators or building regulated financial products is a major advantage.
