Find a job, a company, or an NGO Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience preferably in MEP, Water Solutions, Utilities, or Engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
- Experience in sourcing materials and equipment related to water treatment, pumping stations, plumbing networks, or MEP systems is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Available to join within 1 month or less.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
- Evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Maintain procurement records and update transactions in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project schedules.
