Performance Marketing Executive

About the roleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can own paid campaigns, turn data into clear recommendations, and communicate confidently with clients. You should be equally comfortable optimizing a campaign, building a dashboard, and presenting results and next steps to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- * Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creative tests, and landing page experiments against agreed business goals.
- Track performance through GA4 and platform analytics, and work with technical teams to improve conversion tracking and data quality.
- Build and maintain clear dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools. Report on metrics such as leads, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and revenue.
- Use data and sound analytical judgment to identify trends, explain performance changes, and recommend practical improvements.
- Lead regular client calls, present campaign results, explain recommendations, and manage questions and expectations professionally.
- Prepare persuasive presentations, performance reviews, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to support research, reporting, creative ideation, and analysis while checking outputs for accuracy and protecting client data.
- Stay current with developments in performance marketing, including AI-powered campaigns, measurement, attribution, and creative testing. Evaluate new features through structured experiments before recommending wider use.
What we’re looking for At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience* with direct responsibility for paid campaigns and budgets.
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with additional paid channels is an advantage.
* Practical experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and data dashboards.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex campaign data into clear actions.
* Excellent client communication and presentation skills, including the confidence to explain results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Experience using AI tools productively and responsibly in marketing workflows.
* A test-and-learn mindset and a demonstrated ability to keep up with changes in advertising platforms.
