Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, combining optometry knowledge with customer service and office-based coordination. The Optometrist/Customer Service Executive will respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and support clients in selecting appropriate lenses based on prescriptions and usage needs. Daily tasks include managing orders, preparing quotations, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also involves handling phone and email communication, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The team member will collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance staff to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of wholesale lens orders.
