SAADA Group is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager – Flowers & Gifting to lead and grow its flower and gifting business in Dubai.
This role focuses on the day-to-day performance and growth of the flowers and gifting operation. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead the team, improve operations and take active responsibility for increasing sales across online platforms, direct customer channels and corporate accounts.
Key responsibilities
Lead daily operations, order fulfilment and customer service.
Set sales plans and take practical action to grow revenue, orders and repeat business.
Manage online aggregator platforms, including catalogues, product listings, pricing, promotions and performance.
Develop direct-to-customer and corporate sales, and build strong client relationships.
Oversee product selection, flower sourcing, suppliers and stock levels.
Maintain high standards for flower quality, arrangements, packaging and presentation.
Lead, train and support the team, with clear responsibilities and effective processes.
Track sales, order volume, margins, customer feedback and fulfilment performance; use this information to improve results.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in the flower, gifting or closely related retail business.
Experience managing online aggregator platforms and growing sales through them.
A track record of increasing sales and developing customer or corporate business.
Strong understanding of sourcing, inventory, pricing, margins and order fulfilment.
Team leadership experience and the ability to build effective processes.
Commercial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of results.
UAE market experience preferred.
This is an operational leadership role for the flowers and gifting business.
