About Veloz
Veloz is a growing last mile logistics and fulfillment company serving merchants across Lebanon. We handle same day and next day delivery, warehousing, packing, and dispatch for e commerce and retail clients. We work on professionalism, accountability, and clear communication, and we support our team with training, planned routes, and the operational tools needed to do the job safely and well.
The Role
As a Motorcycle Delivery Driver, you are the face of Veloz to our clients and their customers. This is a serious operational role. Our clients trust us with their revenue, and every package you touch carries a customer waiting on the other end. We are looking for someone who takes that seriously, works with attention to detail, and shows up ready every day.
You will:
- Operate a company provided motorcycle to collect and deliver packages according to daily dispatch schedules
- Pick, pack, and prepare client orders in our warehouse, including labelling and quality checks before dispatch
- Verify delivery details, collect payments or signatures where required, and record every delivery accurately on our platform
- Handle goods carefully during picking, packing, transit, and handover
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic delivery questions
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams on routes, delays, and returns
- Keep the motorcycle clean, serviced, and in good working condition, and report any issue immediately
- Follow all Lebanese traffic laws and Veloz safety procedures at all times
What Veloz Provides
- Motorcycle, fuel, and oil
- Uniform, helmet, and delivery box, supplied by Veloz at cost and deducted gradually from your salary over several weeks
- Full training on our delivery process, warehouse procedures, and platform
- Planned routes and dispatch support
- Weekly salary, paid every Friday
Requirements
- Valid motorcycle driving license
- Working knowledge of English, enough to read delivery instructions, order labels, and communicate with the team
- Good knowledge of Lebanon road networks
- Physically able to lift and carry packages and to ride for extended periods
- Accurate with numbers, addresses, and documentation. Mistakes in packing or delivery records cost our clients money
- Reliable, punctual, and serious about the work
- No prior delivery experience required. We train you from day one and welcome candidates starting their careers, including university students
Motorcycle Care
The motorcycle is provided by Veloz and stays under your care.
- You are responsible for routine servicing and upkeep, and for any damage caused by negligence
- All repairs must be carried out at a garage approved by Veloz

Hiring Process and Documents
Selected candidates sign an employment contract with Veloz before starting. Prior to signing, you must provide:
- Proof of residence (mukhtar certificate or equivalent)
- A copy of your valid motorcycle driving license
- A copy of your national ID
- An official judicial record certificate (casier judiciaire) showing no prior convictions, issued less than 3 months ago
Applications cannot move forward without these documents, so please make sure you are able to obtain them.
Safety and Conduct (Non Negotiable)
Veloz does not compromise on safety. Every driver must:
- Wear an approved safety helmet at all times while riding
- Wear the full Veloz uniform on every shift
- Respect speed limits, traffic signals, and all road safety rules
- Never ride under the influence of alcohol or any substance
- Never use a mobile phone while the motorcycle is in motion
Failure to respect safety requirements is grounds for immediate termination.
Schedule and Compensation
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. Saturday, 8:00 to 15:00
- USD 150 per week, paid every Friday. USD 7,800 per year
- Uniform, helmet, and delivery box are supplied by Veloz and paid by the driver, deducted in small weekly amounts so there is no upfront cost
