Role Description As a Millwright at Xelvin SA, you will perform mechanical installation, alignment, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment in an on-site setting in the Netherlands. This full-time role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, aligning shafts and bearings, installing and dismantling machinery, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will carry out routine inspections, execute preventive maintenance tasks, and respond to breakdowns by diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing effective repairs. The Millwright will collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams, follow all safety procedures, and complete documentation related to work performed and parts used.
Qualifications
* Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair on industrial machinery.
* Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical and equipment issues.
* Proficiency in working safely and effectively with Power Tools and Hand Tools.
* Vocational or technical qualification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
* Experience as a Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial environment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
* Commitment to safety standards and familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices.
* Willingness to work on-site in the Netherlands and collaborate within multicultural teams.
