Coordinate campaign launch timelines with media owners and vendors by confirming booking details, placements, schedules, materials, and required execution dates to ensure campaigns are launched as planned.
On-Ground Execution & Monitoring
Follow up on campaign execution and media delivery by maintaining regular communication with vendors and conducting on-ground follow-ups and site visits when required to verify that advertising materials are properly installed, displayed, or aired as agreed.
Verify the execution of outdoor and public transportation advertising placements by conducting field visits and reviewing deployed advertising materials to ensure the actual execution matches the approved campaign requirements.
Monitor TV and radio campaign airing by following up with media vendors and reviewing airing schedules and delivery confirmations to ensure campaigns are delivered according to agreed bookings.
Issue Resolution & Campaign Closure
Resolve campaign execution issues with media owners and vendors by identifying deviations from the approved plan and coordinating corrective actions to minimize campaign disruption and ensure agreed deliverables are fulfilled.
Follow up on outstanding campaign deliverables by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to close any pending execution, production, or contractual requirements.
Maintain accurate records of ATL campaigns, contracts, media bookings, vendor agreements, and campaign deliverables by keeping relevant documentation and status updates organized to support campaign tracking, approvals, and future planning.
Market & Vendor Development
Monitor developments in the ATL and offline media market by staying connected with advertising companies, media owners, and vendors to identify new formats, placements, and commercial opportunities
Maintain and develop a network of reliable media and advertising vendors by continuously assessing vendor capabilities, responsiveness, execution quality, and commercial competitiveness to support future campaigns.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3+ years of relevant experience in ATL, offline media, media buying, advertising, or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing TV, radio, outdoor/OOH, and/or public transportation advertising.
Experience dealing with advertising agencies, media owners, production houses, and external vendors.
