MultiFi is looking for a highly experienced Lead Full-Stack Engineer to take technical ownership of the development of our proprietary multi-asset trading application.
This is a hands-on senior role. We are looking for someone who can design the architecture, build critical components, lead integrations, write and review code, and drive the product from development through production launch.
The platform will cover the full client journey, including:
• Client onboarding and KYC
• Account management
• Deposits and withdrawals
• Real-time market pricing
• Trading and order execution
• Positions, portfolio and account history
• Interactive charts and market data
• Research, news and economic calendar
• Alerts and push notifications
• Customer support and engagement features
The candidate will work closely with Product, Dealing, Operations, Compliance and external technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the application
• Lead mobile, backend and API development
• Build and manage integrations with MT5, CRM, KYC and payment providers
• Develop real-time pricing, trading and order-management functionality
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into scalable technical solutions
• Establish development standards, testing, CI/CD and release processes
• Ensure high standards of security, performance, scalability and reliability
• Review code and maintain strong engineering standards
• Identify technical risks and solve complex integration and production issues
• Lead additional developers and technical resources as the team grows
• Own delivery from MVP through UAT and production launch on iOS and Android
Role Requirements
We are looking for a senior engineer with strong hands-on development capabilities and the ability to independently lead a complex financial technology project.
The ideal candidate should have:
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, Technical Lead or similar role
• Strong full-stack development experience across mobile, backend and APIs
• Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of scalable backend architecture and distributed systems
• Experience building real-time and transactional applications
• Strong experience with REST APIs, WebSockets and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of relational databases, caching and high-performance systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication and authorization
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring and production deployments
• Ability to design systems with high availability, reliability and transaction integrity
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take full technical ownership of a product

Financial Markets Experience
Strong preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked on:

• Cryptocurrency exchanges
• Payment platforms
• Other real-time financial systems
Experience with MetaTrader 5, MetaQuotes APIs, FIX Protocol, TradingView, brokerage CRMs, KYC platforms or payment gateways would be a major advantage.
