🚀 We’re Hiring | Junior Travel Consultant – Saudi Market
Alconsul Travel is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Travel Consultant to join our Sales Team.
Handle travel requests from Saudi clients through our Call Center and digital channels.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable hotels, flights, and travel packages.
Prepare and sell customized travel packages based on client preferences.
Make hotel and flight reservations through online booking systems & Amadeus.
Follow up professionally with clients from the first inquiry until booking confirmation.
Build strong relationships with clients and identify sales opportunities.
Coordinate with Product & Operations teams to ensure a smooth booking experience.
Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
Experience
1+ year of experience in Outgoing Travel Sales / Travel Consultancy.
Experience dealing with the Saudi market is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of international destinations, hotels, and travel products.
Basic to good knowledge of online travel booking systems.
Skills
Very good command of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable travel products.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
Positive attitude, commitment, and strong work ethic.
Fixed Salary + Commission
