Role Description The Interior Designer & Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghazir. The role involves meeting clients in the showroom or on-site, understanding their needs, presenting design concepts, and recommending suitable furniture, finishes, and accessories. The specialist will prepare mood boards, basic layouts, and product proposals, while coordinating orders, following up on deliveries, and ensuring a smooth client experience. Daily tasks include maintaining showroom displays, updating product knowledge, handling inquiries, and supporting pricing and quotation processes. The role also includes collaborating with the design team, contributing to project execution, and actively driving sales to meet individual and team targets.

Qualifications

Strong interior design skills, including space planning, color coordination, and material selection.
Proficiency in design or visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software) is highly beneficial.
Client-facing sales abilities, including consultation, negotiation, and closing sales in a showroom or design context.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly and professionally.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client projects, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Previous experience in interior design, furniture sales, or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ghazir, collaborate within a team, and maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability.
