Role Description The Insurance Advisor role at Allianz Egypt is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for working from home. The Insurance Advisor will guide individuals and businesses in selecting suitable insurance products, explaining policy features, benefits, and terms in a clear and accurate manner. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, assessing their insurance and financial needs, preparing tailored proposals, and following up to ensure policy issuance and renewals. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining up-to-date client records, coordinating with internal teams, and staying informed about company offerings, market trends, and regulatory requirements. The Insurance Advisor is expected to uphold Allianz’s standards of service, compliance, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Insurance products and services.
- Solid understanding of Finance concepts and the ability to discuss financial implications with clients.
- Background in Consulting or advisory roles, with a focus on client needs analysis and solution development.
- Proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Relevant university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
